Where will you deliver to?
Our standard delivery is to mainland UK. However, if you require delivery to Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands additional postages charges may be incurred. Please contact customer service on 0843 224 1200 if you wish to arrange delivery to any of these areas.
What are your delivery times?
Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days, next day delivery and Saturday delivery is also available.
We regret that we are unable to deliver items outside of the UK mainland. A signature will be required on delivery.
How much is delivery?
- We offer free delivery on orders over £50
- Orders under this value will have a carriage charge of £4.95
- You can request next day delivery for an additional £2.90*
- Saturday delivery is available for £13.95
Please note: for next-day delivery you must order before 2pm.

How can I place my order?
We've aimed to make the process of placing an order as easy as possible for you and so you can place your order online, by post (download a printable order form here) or by telephone by calling 0843 224 1200.
How can I pay for my order?
We have a selection of payment methods to choose from, including: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. If none of these appeals, you can send us a cheque.
I claim a VAT relief,are your products VAT exempt?
Some of our products are eligible for VAT relief if you are chronically sick or have a certain type of disability. For applicable products both prices with VAT and without are displayed, you can claim the price excluding VAT at the checkout by completing the online VAT declaration. If the only one price is shown next to a product the item is not eligible for VAT Relief.
If you are VAT exempt you can declare this when placing your order online. If placing your order by post, please print our order form and complete the relevant section to claim VAT exempt pricing.
How do I use a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code you need to add it at the checkout and press the button to apply it to your basket. If placing your order by phone, please ensure that you tell our customer service team that you have a code.
Can I view the status of my order?
Yes you can view the status of your order by clicking here. We will also send you a link to track your order once it has left our warehouse.
We use Sage Pay which provides secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online and mail order businesses across the UK.

What if my order is faulty or damaged?
At Homecare from The Consortium we really want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not entirely pleased with any product please call our customer services line on 0843 224 1200 within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at our cost.
All products are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase or the length of the manufacturers guarantee if this is greater than one year.
Some items within our product range are non refundable, please check with customer services for confirmation when ordering.

The Consortium has been serving organisations delivering public services for nearly 40 years. In that time, the nature of our customers has changed substantially, as have their requirements.
